About Me

Daniel Petersen is the Program Coordinator for the Lifespan Respite Services Program at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). In support of Nebraska’s six service areas, he assists respite coordinators as they systematize caregiver relief across the state. Daniel also serves as Program Coordinator for Nebraska’s Medically Handicapped Children’s Program and Disabled Persons and Family Support Program at DHHS. He is passionate about human services strategy and motivated by the compassion of respite workers throughout Nebraska.
